The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care instructions

I would advise hand washing any garments in cold water and dupattas as some pieces have heavy embroidery work or delicate and would not be suitable to the wash

Sizing details

I will provide any information on sizes in the description of any listings in inches. It would be a good idea to check your own measurements to avoid disappointment

How soon will you dispatch my order?

I always aim to dispatch all orders as soon as practical. If there is a delay in dispatch it is likely my local post office is closed or it is a bank holiday but rest assured your order will reach you

Do you accept returns?

I do accept returns in regards to orders however, the item in question is thoroughly checked for any signs of defect, damage and alteration. If there has been found to be evidence of such we can decline offering a refund for the item.

Custom and personalised orders

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns or exchanges in regards to this as it is unfair on us as a business to sell our products to other customers when people do this. If customers purchase any items we ask that you use purchase with the intention of using the item, as simply returning it after use is not showing support to businesses.
